They asked a lot of questions during a thorough and deliberate interview process. I enjoyed it all and would have liked to work there, but I had other options. I'm still looking for better pay.

Had a phone interview first, and then a real interview to follow up. It was an initial phone screen. The lady on the other end was quite distracted but nice. I got a call back for a follow-up interview a few days later. They asked standard screening questions I would expect to be asked. My advice is to research the company and be prepared to answer and ask questions.
