It was a really thorough interview process. I started with a phone call, and then had an in-person interview with the Executive Team. They were really nice and asked a lot of questions. They kept in touch throughout and even said I could text them if I had any questions.

It was a great experience, the interviewer was extremely helpful in answering questions and making you feel comfortable. We sat down and it was about a 30 minute process. He asked about my background and experience and what my professional goals were. He asked situational questions about my experience and then the regular why do you want to work for us and what attracts you to the company.

It was pretty easy and chill. I handed in the application and the manager was there so he decided to offer the interview right the next day. Went in and he was super nice. Just dress professionally and be confident.

I applied and got a call the same day for an interview the next day. The whole thing took about 2 days. I interviewed with the Regional Manager, then the VP of Retail Banking for the In Stores. It wasn't stressful or rushed, and I felt comfortable with the questions and how things went.
