Media Planner
Basically, I just sent my resume in and they said they'd call me for an "informational call." I figured it was a pre-screen, so I wasn't stressing. The interviewer was really bad, though. She was super rude and told me when I messed up answers. She tested my Excel knowledge by asking about specific terms and then told me I shouldn't claim to be proficient if I'm not. It was my first interview out of college and it was a nightmare. Because of her, I decided not to apply for any other jobs there.

Recruiter call first up. They're big on 'no titles' so they might be looking for entry-level or experienced folks depending on what's open. The recruiter initially seemed to think I was fresh out of college even though I've got experience and know what to do in an interview, but she was super helpful when talking about benefits and pay. Then, it's a 2-3 hour interview with 2-3 people, including principles for about 30 mins each. You also get a tour of the awesome office. Finally, another chat with the recruiter to go over benefits and pay.

It was a weird interview process, super unorganized. After applying online, I talked to a recruiter. Then, instead of a second phone screen, they threw me straight into group interviews. The whole thing took like a month. They do this group interview thing with lightning rounds, two people at a time, back-to-back. I know it's a thing now, but it's not great because you meet way too many people. I can barely remember their names or the questions they asked – like 8-12 people total. Seriously, is all that necessary? They gave me a building tour, which was nice, but there's no diversity, so maybe look elsewhere if that matters to you. The vibe was that they think they're the best and believe their own hype, but other agencies are doing better work without the fake open structure. This company is outdated and needs to catch up.
