I had a screening call with the main recruiter, and then went in for two in-person interviews with different Brand Managers on the team I would work on. They asked general questions, and also a few surprising ones.

The interviews themselves weren't too bad. I ended up spending about 4 hours interviewing with different principals at the company. I also had to complete a personality and intelligence test, which weren't too difficult. The really rough part was the follow-up. I had been in contact with a coordinator (Richard's Group doesn't really have 'HR People') who was pleasant and easy to work with. She initially told me they'd have a decision by a certain date. A few days after that, I sent a polite email to check in. She responded, saying it would be another week. This pattern continued for a couple of weeks. Starting to get a bit frustrated, I reached out to one of the principals to see if they could help. A few hours later, I got an email from the coordinator's address, signed by the principal, stating they wouldn't be hiring anyone. It left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

I interviewed at my school during their on-campus recruitment. It was a 60 minute interview where I met with 4 different people. They asked what other companies I was applying for, if I had read their book, and what sources I use to learn more about brand management. They seemed very cocky and liberal.
