The hiring process was quite straightforward. After submitting an online application and meeting the basic requirements, the recruiter helped schedule a Skype interview with a team from the relevant department. The interview started on time and felt appropriately paced, with a good number of questions to assess my fit without being overwhelming. Although I didn't get the job, I was impressed by the professionalism of the animation team and the recruiter, Jennifer Ripley, throughout the experience.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online through their site, recorded a video answer to questions, then an on-site interview. Overall straightforward but tripped up on a "this isn't a trick question" question. Although I was told the interview process would happen at a certain time, include lunch, and last for 3+ hours, the interviewers came in late after having lunch (I ended up waiting 30 minutes or so for them in the lobby), and the whole thing lasted maybe 50 minutes before they showed me out. Overall neutral experience if not a little unprofessional.

Coding Technical

The interview process started with an online Skype interview, after which there was a considerable waiting period. This was followed by a final online Skype interview that lasted for an hour. Additionally, there was a one-hour programming test which included a code and a paper section. The recruiter was quite friendly, and the interviewers were also personable. Skype can sometimes be a bit challenging. Feedback was provided after the interview.
