The recruiter reached out via email and it was a pretty professional start. I had an interview with the hiring manager, then one with the director/VP. The final round with the HR business partner was a letdown. She rescheduled the first time and was late and rushed the second time, cutting me off and ending the interview fast. They made me take a personality test, saying it wouldn't affect the role, but the HR person made it seem like it would. I got the feeling she'd already made up her mind and they just wasted my time.

A recruiter reached out to me and organized the interviews. I went through two rounds. The first interview was with the Hiring Manager, and I thought it went pretty well. The next day, I got a call to schedule a second interview with their manager. That interview started out okay, but then they ended it abruptly. Three business days later, the recruiter contacted me to say the company was no longer hiring for the position and didn't offer any explanation. It was a really strange situation.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a really good interview overall. I had an on-site interview with the supervisor. The person interviewing me was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. The interview part was about 30 minutes, and then I did some shadowing for another 20-30 minutes where someone in the same role explained the systems and how things work. They got back to me with an offer the very next day, but I turned it down because I didn't think the job was the right fit for me. It was tough to say no because it was one of the better interviews I've had so far in my job search.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a short phone screening, pretty standard. Then, a virtual interview with two managers, also typical and fairly easy. The last stage was an onsite interview with 3 separate 30-minute sessions with 6 different people. Everyone was nice and relaxed. The whole interview part was fine. But the follow-up was unprofessional. I emailed the recruiter multiple times over 6 weeks about the decision, and each time they said they were talking internally and would get back to me by the end of the week. They said this 3 times and I never heard back. On my 5th or 6th follow up, they sent a generic rejection email with no details from a recruiter I hadn't even talked to before.
