First, there was a phone call with HR to get a sense of who the candidate is and to set up the actual interview. Then, an interview with both HR and the manager, where they asked about my background and my career goals. I heard back in less than two weeks via phone.

It was normal, but I had to take a math test, Excel test, and a writing test a few days after the interview to be approved. In the interview, they ask more about what's on your resume, making you develop on your graduation/course.
