Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tresl.
Finance Advisor
I had an interview with 2 sales managers over Zoom. It was a standard interview for a sales role, focusing on my drive and sales motivation. I got feedback within 2 days, and they seemed really impressed. The HR recruiter was also very proactive.
- What drives you in sales?
Loan Processor
It was a 3 step processing. Step 1 phone interview. 2nd Step Assessment. 3rd step Zoom interview. The Hiring team is amazing. They made me feel comfortable and truly tried their best to get to know me. Also they seem to be very honest and open about the job.
- What are my expectations for a mentor?
Finance Advisor
It was a strange interview process. First, I had to interview with a computer where I was sent a link to record my answers to some questions. After that, I had a phone interview with some managers who would join and leave the call. The questions they asked were pretty strange, like 'would you rather this or that?' and then they would question my answers. I don't think the interviewers were very experienced.
- Would you prefer to be a manager at a Kia dealership or a salesperson at a Mercedes dealership?
Title Specialist
Had a relaxed one on one chat with the head of the Title department, who is no longer with the company. We mostly talked about my background, my reasons for seeking a new role, and what my potential workload might be.
- Beyond Texas, what's your experience with title work in other states across the country?
