Director of Sales
I applied on 10/17/25 and on 10/21/25, a recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn saying the Director of Staffing and Recruiting would reach out. However, that Director never contacted me, despite me checking in with the recruiter multiple times. On 11/11/25, I got a voicemail from the Director of Staffing saying the position was filled internally. I'd suggest avoiding this company due to their poor communication and unprofessionalism.

Sales
It was a normal process. I had a chat with the sales director and some other people. They were nice and told me what kind of person they were hoping to hire. They were happy to answer all my questions and gave me some info about how their business works.
- What makes you effective in a sales role?
Operations Administrative
I talked to an in-house recruiter from their staffing department about the position over the phone. Then, a couple of days later, I had in-person interviews with two employees, separately.
- We talked about my past work experience.
- Can you share your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
Human Resources Assistant
The process started with a recruiter asking basic questions about my history. Then there was a more in-depth interview that was more specific to the job duties. Trend was great because they let me choose how I could work to help me grow.
- Can you describe yourself in a single word?
