First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TRELORA.
Associate Agent
The interview process included three main stages. First, there was a phone interview with a corporate executive who also handles training. This was followed by an in-person interview with the local manager, although that manager is no longer with the company. The final stage was a remote interview with another corporate employee, who has also since been fired. Generally, about a week passed between each interview. I think I could have finished the process sooner if my schedule had allowed.
- How do you differentiate yourself from other candidates in this area?
Real Estate Associate
I had my phone interview and then a zoom call. I was asked to come into the office, where I never received an email for the location or confirmation so I emailed to make sure, then I received an email back. I shadowed at this place for them to only waste my time. I sent a follow up email (no response) I sent a text message (no response) this has been like 3 weeks ago as well. If you’re doing the hiring process at least gave the common decency to let someone know you’re not interested in them anymore for the position. Especially if the person reached out to you. What a complete waste of time and I was stretching myself thin because I was interviewing while still having my job.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in real estate?
Marketing Brand Manager
Started with a 30 minute phone chat with my future boss. Then I got a marketing project. It was to look over their current marketing stuff and suggest improvements, taking about 2 to 4 hours. I also had to make up my own marketing campaign to present. I put in over 6 hours on this project, which felt like a lot. After that, I had a panel interview to present my project. They said they'd let me know by the end of the week, but they didn't. I had to reach out myself about a week later to find out I didn't get the job. It was annoying that they couldn't even take the time to tell me after I put in so much work. Plus, half the team was new and the whole place felt kind of flat. I spent about 6 hours on this marketing plan project.
- What is your main motivation?
- Walk me through your marketing project and tell me the reasons behind the plan you developed.
Inside Sales Agent
The interview process was a thorough three-part evaluation designed to find the best fit for the company. It began with two phone interviews and concluded with an in-person panel interview.
- Can you share your thoughts on leadership?
