So the whole thing had 3 main parts. First up was the Hiring Manager. We mostly just chatted about my background and previous work, and if I'd be a good fit. They also threw in a couple of hypothetical questions to see how I'd tackle problems and work with others. Then came the Technical Lead interview, which was way more hands-on with code. We dove into coding, data structures, algorithms, and touched on system design basics. I got asked some specific stuff about Java/Spring Boot too, plus some debugging and problem-solving tasks. The last bit was a panel interview with a few people. It was a mix of tech and behavioral stuff. The tech side involved design talk and coding, and the behavioral side was about teamwork, dealing with tough situations, and working fast.

It was a good interview process, with relevant questions. They focused on scenarios and your hands-on experience. The environment was cooperative and hassle-free, and everything went well. It's a good environment, especially for interns, and should be challenging in a good way. All the best!

Got referred by an alum. HR called me a week later to set up the first interview with the hiring manager. The manager introduced himself and the company, then dove straight into C++ coding problems. He said I could use pen/paper and a compiler or notepad. I didn't prepare enough and got nervous, so I couldn't solve them in the hour given. I thought that was it, but two days later HR called to schedule a second interview. This one started with my intro and project details. Then came Linux command questions, where he gave scenarios. After some answers and skips, we moved to C++ basics like class, members, and constructors in notepad++. Since I'm a fresher, he focused on syntax and theory, which I mostly didn't know. He then asked for basic problem implementations. Overall, it was a good experience and showed me my weak spots.
