I got a 30-minute initial phone call with two people. They asked me some stuff about quantitative skills, which was weird since it wasn't in the job description. I tried to thank the interviewers by following up with the admin assistant who set it up, but they never got back to me. I didn't get any updates about not moving forward either.

I interviewed for a graduate assistant position where I would mainly be educating K-12 and community college folks about financial aid programs for their students. I had interviews with two directors; one was there in person and the other one called in for questions. I had to turn in my college transcripts and a credit report.

Spoke with two interviewers who asked pretty straightforward and simple questions. They covered handling difficult situations, having a quiet workspace, and managing in high stress environments. They also asked about equipment, noting they'd ship necessary items if you didn't have them, and inquired about your internet speed and reliability.

Case Behavioral

I chatted with the recruiter and an executive. There were a few case-study type questions, but mostly it was a chance to get acquainted. The people were nice and I enjoyed talking to them.
