First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Treliant.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Had a pretty easy time interviewing. First, there was a screening call. Then, once they got the go-ahead to hire for the position, I got invited to a Teams interview with a Director. They got back to me with feedback super fast and then offered me the job.
- Can you discuss your prior experience that is relevant to this position?
- What are your preferences regarding this role?

It was a 7-stage interview process that dragged on for over 2 months and ended with an offer. But then, the day I was supposed to resign, Treliant suddenly went completely silent and ghosted me. No explanation at all after so many interviews. I dodged a bullet by not trusting them enough to quit my job. Otherwise, replying to their LinkedIn message could have cost me my job. It's outrageous.
- Could you explain the purpose of FRTB?

The interview process involved 3 rounds: one phone interview, three in-person interviews, and then another phone interview. They asked me to talk about my background and how I'd be a good fit for the firm. Their process is still kind of up in the air, so things might change. They're really interested in transferable skills, so I'd suggest grabbing coffee with someone at the firm to get a feel for what they're looking for.
- Tell me about your background.
- Can you explain how you would fit in with the firm?
- What are your skills in Excel?

The interview process is pretty straightforward. You'll need to go over your CV and past work, explaining how it connects to the role at Treliant. It's also a good idea to know about Treliant itself, like their growth and where they work. Also, be ready to mention if you're open to relocating, maybe to a client site.
- Can you walk me through your past work experience and abilities, and explain how they align with the position you're seeking?
- Could you detail your previous experience and skills, and connect them to the requirements of this role at Treliant?
- What do you know about Treliant's current growth and the locations they operate in?
