Sales Recruiter
Had an initial phone chat, and then they set up a virtual interview for the next week. But, the manager didn't show up and messaged me right after the scheduled time saying he was busy and wanted to reschedule for the next week. A bit before the second meeting, he messaged again saying he was busy again and needed to reschedule for the following week. He was really brief and never apologized for rescheduling so many times. I gave them new availability but never heard back. I followed up through different ways, and he just kept ghosting me. Super unprofessional. If this is how they treat people they want to hire, I can't imagine how they treat their clients' candidates. Three weeks of waiting and anticipation, completely wasted. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them.

Event Coordinator
The first part of the interview process was a phone chat that felt really good and was quite professional. After that, we had an in-person lunch meeting which was more laid-back and relaxed. Overall, the interview process was a really positive experience.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
Recruiter
You had to go through a series of interviews with the CEO and your potential team mates - which I think is one of their strengths. As an applicant, you get to have an insight into the personality of the people you are to work with and also gives you an opportunity to show them your work ethics.
- What is your experience?
- How would your previous colleagues describe you as a team member?
Consultant
The process here is pretty relaxed, which is a good thing. The people at Treeline are super friendly and they're not going to try and sell you on a job if it's not a good match for either you or them.
- What do you hope to gain from your time at Treeline?
