First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Treasury Wine Estates.
Director of Talent Acquisition
I did a one way video interview first. Then I met with 5 really great people. The interviews were a mix of structured and conversational. It felt comfortable and respected through every step, from the Hiring Manager to the leadership team.
- Can you describe a situation where you managed a complex process or scenario with various stakeholders? What were the difficulties, and what was your strategy?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I began with a phone screen with the Talent Acquisition Manager. After about two weeks, I was contacted to come in for an interview with the VP of HR. About one to two weeks later, I was invited back for a second round interview with some other HR people. It took another two weeks to get the final answer and the offer. The process took a bit longer because of a company reorg, but the TA Manager kept me updated throughout.
- Variety of behavioral questions asked
- Variety of culture questions asked
- Variety of situational questions asked
Recruiter
The recruiter reached out to me directly on LinkedIn. We had an initial phone chat. After that, they arranged an in-person interview at their office. I met with the hiring manager, a senior person visiting from Australia, and another recruiter from the team. Everyone was really nice and asked thoughtful questions. They were also open and honest when I asked them things.
- Tell me about your significant accomplishments.
- Give me an example of managing multiple job requisitions concurrently.
- Describe your experience with proactive recruiting strategies.
