It was a pretty long interview process that lasted 3 months. It started with a recruiter call, then I had interviews with 3 people from the team, and finally I met with the HR Manager. They took forever to reply because they had a lot of candidates!

The interview process was super easy and all done over zoom. I had three interviews with different team members and HR. I applied in January and got called in for an interview in March. I started onboarding on March 31.

The interview process was really thorough. To even get my application considered, I had to complete an IQ test and a personality assessment. After that, there were four stages: a first call with HR, an interview with the hiring manager, a panel interview, and then a meeting with a leadership person. I really liked how personal everything felt right from the start – no emails at all. The recruiter reached out by phone, and all subsequent communication was via phone or text. The recruiter was excellent at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Honestly, it was one of the best application and interview experiences I've had.
