There were two interviews total, both with the hiring manager and some of the main people I'd be working with. It was a really positive experience overall. They asked questions that really hit on the important parts of the job and how my background would help meet their current goals. I appreciated that they were super open to my questions about their work environment, company culture, and any hurdles they're facing. It was also nice that they made an effort to get to know me on a personal level.

The interview process was quick, wrapping up in about two weeks. It started with a phone screen from talent acquisition, which was good for understanding the role's basics. Then, I had a 45-minute Zoom chat with my direct supervisor that was pretty laid-back. The last interview was with the GM, also conversational, mostly going over my resume and past work.

Great phone interview discussing what makes TWE unique fun and interesting while talking about the role and how it matches with my experience. After the interview she was very excited to set me up for another interview as they wanted to fill the role ASAP. After the first call they went radio silent and ignored my 3 follow up emails. Very unprofessional to just drop someone like that with no reply
