Brand Manager
The company reached out to me, and they provided updates throughout. While they had some difficulty coordinating, the interview process eventually worked out. It included a phone screen and a panel interview.

Brand Manager
I had a phone screen with the recruiter first, and she was super nice and explained all the details about the job, the hiring steps, and the company. She kept in touch really well, which I liked. Next, I interviewed with the marketing VP. She asked why I wanted to join TWE, about my background, and some behavioral questions. She seemed really interested in my experience and my love for wine. The final interview was with the Hiring Manager (Brand Manager) and the HR VP. They also asked about my past work, behavioral stuff, and my reasons for wanting to work at TWE. I didn't get an offer, and I think it might be because I fumbled the behavioral questions in the last interview; they were looking for really specific examples. Overall, I thought the process was good, and I enjoyed talking to everyone and learning about the company. Since I wasn't in California, the whole thing was done over the phone. I did ask if we could do it on Skype, but they preferred the phone, and honestly, I think Skype would have been better. But yeah, it was a good experience overall.
- Can you tell me about yourself, what sparked your interest in this company, and why are you drawn to the wine industry?
- What motivates you to want to work at TWE?
- What experiences do you have that are relevant to this role?
Associate Brand Manager
You'll go through a few panel interviews, but they ask pretty straightforward questions. If they're really into you, things move super fast once you're in the loop. They'll ask about what gets you excited about Treasury and then about your general abilities.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to overcome a challenge?
- What aspects of Treasury do you find most exciting?
- Could you elaborate on your general skillsets?
