They'll make you jump through hoops and do a values presentation, then ghost you. They ask which value you think you need improvement in, then they say they want someone already strong in that area. It's like they use your answer against you.

Behavioral Presentation

First, I spoke with HR. Then, I had a meeting with their VP of sales. The third step was a role-play exercise, which was incredibly basic, asking me to 'close us in 2 minutes.' After that, they ghosted me completely, never informing me if they chose another candidate. It felt unprofessional, and based on other feedback, I'd suggest avoiding this company.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • They inquired about my personal aspirations.
  • They asked about my financial objectives.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great. I had an initial 15 minute interview over the phone with the Recruiter. The second round interview was with HR. When making it past the second round, I was invited for a third round interview in person in which I was asked to prepare a presentation of the company's core values. After the presentation, I was told they loved my presentation and that I would hear from them by Tuesday the following week at the latest. I was given a tour of the office and introduced to everyone. Tuesday came and I did not receive any phone calls or emails. I emailed to follow up Tuesday and again on Wednesday. I never heard back from them. I was completely disappointed that a company that holds themselves to such high standards would just ghost me.
