Recruiter
I went through three interview phases meeting different parts of the team I would work with. They were accommodating with phone interviews and I learned a lot through picking their brains. When I had my last interview I felt very confident since I learned so much and met the people I would spend time with. I heard back about a job offer within a few hours after my last interview. I enjoy TH very much and their interview process was an amazing reflection of how many people I have to help me learn while I am new.

Housing Operations Manager
I was interviewed for two roles: Manager of Housing Logistics and Manager of Reservation Coordinators. The interviewers, Heidi, Troy, and Bill, were great to work with and really accommodating of my schedule. Heidi, in particular, was a fantastic recruiter/HR person. I ended up withdrawing my applications because neither role was quite what I was looking for. However, I would definitely reapply if another role at Travelers Haven seemed like a good fit, as they seem like a great company. I'd like to thank Heidi, Troy, and Bill again for their time; Travelers Haven has some amazing leaders like you all.

Director of Operations
The interview experience was disappointing. After a positive initial phone call, I attended two in-person interviews at the Denver office. Each was scheduled for about 2 hours and involved meeting with multiple people, including the CEO. However, on both occasions, the CEO was present in the building but left before our scheduled meeting. This was particularly frustrating given I drove 4 hours and dealt with Denver's rush hour traffic, only to be stood up. For a company that emphasizes its culture, it wasn't welcoming to outsiders. The process was also disorganized, with the role and responsibilities not yet defined and later changed to a different position. While I see potential in the company, I'm unsure if I'd want to work there.

Customer Service Manager
The recruiter phone call was okay and she did communicate. Then things went sideways. I had a 2-hour remote interview set up, with a breakdown of the steps and two interviewers. I was supposed to get a prep doc before, but didn't get it until the first interviewer arrived. She then left me alone for 50 mins for the assessment, came back, and only asked a few questions. I realized we ran over the next person's scheduled time, so I thanked her. The second interviewer never showed up. I emailed the recruiter and waited the whole hour, then called and left a message. No reply. Two days later, an automated email said I didn't meet requirements - hard to say without a proper interview. Total waste of time and very rude.
