First, I had a 30 minute chat with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for a 2 1/2 hour onsite interview with 5 people from the team. They seemed really prepped and asked pretty much unique questions, not much repeat stuff.

I applied in December after a school contact told me about the job. First, I had a 1-hour phone interview with three people who asked personal, professional, and technical questions. Around three weeks later, I was invited for an on-site interview that lasted about 1-2 hours. This involved three rounds with interviewers from different departments. They seemed more focused on understanding me and my experience rather than if I had the 'correct' answers. There was some whiteboard work involving SQL queries and basic programming logic, where pseudocode was acceptable. I also had a meeting with a leader before I left. I was told it would take at least a month to hear back, but their deadlines kept slipping. It seems HR was the bottleneck. Three months after the on-site, I finally got an offer from HR. The delays in getting back to me made the experience less than ideal.
