Manager
Even though the website states there will be great communication, it was not great. I was told one thing about how my application would progress but then that didn't happen. Need more transparency and better communication.
- Can you describe your previous role?
Manager
The hiring process can be quite involved. First, the recruiting department will screen your application. Then, they use something called midpoint analysis to see if your salary expectations align with their budget. After that, they'll schedule phone screening and video conference interviews.
- Can you provide examples where your personal weaknesses directly led to your termination during the USA reduction in force?
Delivery Manager
Met with interviewers for an initial chat, then a technical interview, and a final call back. The interviewers were experienced and provided great insight into both the advantages and difficulties of the role. It was an honest and informative process, and we both agreed on what was needed.
- Could you please tell me about yourself?
