Customer Service Representative
It's more like a friendly chat than a formal interview, designed to get a feel for your experience and personality. They also give you details about the role and what the day-to-day tasks involve.
- Tell me about your general experiences.
Customer Support Representative
First, a pre-screening interview with the recruiter. After that, there's a prep interview to give you an idea of what to expect for the Group interview. The Group interview itself isn't competitive; they're just assessing your skills.
- Which values do you align with?
Customer Service Representative
So first I got this video for a one-way interview, then an email with documents to fill out, which was weird since it was so early in the process, like asking for my ID and past payslip and salary expectations. They also asked for salary expectations on the prescreening call. After that, I got assessments, which made more sense after the pre-screening. Then the prescreening call happened, and they just asked stuff from my CV. Finally, a 2-hour interview on short notice, and it was a group interview with a case study where everyone talked at once, it was super weird, and then I got an automated rejection.
- Can you tell us about yourself and why you're interested in this role?
