The interview was really chill and felt easy. The person interviewing me was great and asked some standard interview questions. I actually got an offer on the very same day. It's a shame I was so young back then and didn't realize how much power and money I could have negotiated!

Applied online. Got a phone interview with a senior developer and manager. Phone screen went well. Then I had to come on-site for back-to-back technical interviews. It was easy, with simple algorithm questions, and questions about my work experience and how I approach solutions. They said they'd let me know in a few days, but HR never responded, even after I followed up multiple times. I liked the job and the interviewers were nice, but the HR person's attitude was totally unprofessional. Even a rejection should be communicated.

Technical Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty long, but not too hard. First, the recruiter had me do an online assessment for HR called ProveIt testing, and then a personality test through Workforce Interactive. After that, I had three separate phone interviews: one with the recruiter, and then two with different HR team members in other states. Then came an in-person interview with the local management team for the specific location (not HR), right after which I interviewed with the VP of the local branch. A few days later, I had one last phone interview with another HR person out of state. So, that's 6 interviews total with about 10 people. My experience was good, and I feel they got the info they needed. I'd suggest combining some interviews though, as many questions were repeated, like they were reading from a script. Combining the in-person interviews and some phone calls into a group call would speed things up and reduce repetition. The HR team sounded good, and I'd consider applying again.

Behavioral Technical

I had 3 phone interviews that went well. Then, I had an onsite interview with 3 managers/directors, with one team joining from AZ. The hiring manager and HR told me the interviews went great and they'd get back to me soon. They didn't contact me for about 5 weeks, even after I followed up. They also took 6 weeks to reimburse my travel expenses from Houston to Dallas. It was a frustrating experience, and while I liked the job, their treatment was awful.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Generic logistics interview questions focused on process improvement.
