Civil Engineer
It was a really cool experience, and the interview was very insightful. The interviewer was communicative and helpful. I received positive feedback even though I didn't continue in the process.
- Beyond technical knowledge, what skills have you developed during your college years?
Administrative Assistant
It was a good interview! Before the interview, study what you can about the company. Information like the size, the number of employees, the structure, and the products sold by the company can help you understand what role you will have to perform. This data will be very useful for you to predict some questions and prepare adequately. The more information you have, the more confidence you will have during the interview. In interviews, recruiters often ask candidates if they know the company. This is a way to assess their knowledge and interest in the open position. If your research is efficient, you can easily answer this type of question.
- Sometimes, the recruiter may use the job interview to administer logic tests, psychometric tests, or assess your language level, for example. However, the candidate is not always notified in advance about how they will be evaluated. Therefore, be prepared for any situation.
- If you know someone who works at the same company as your interview, consider asking them about the selection process. Perhaps that person has gone through the same experience before and can warn you about any unexpected criteria.
- In any case, it's best not to take risks. Before the interview, prepare to be evaluated in the most demanding way possible.
