First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Transocean.
Administrative Apprentice
It was a selection process conducted by Viva Lagos, a program for young apprentices and interns. It has more than one step, but it's conducted in a very light and professional way. Since it's the first professional experience for many, the program includes interviews directly with a psychologist, where the candidate feels more comfortable.

Network Specialist
The only thing I got from Transocean was an invitation to a video audition on Spark. I asked the recruiter about having a chat to see if the position would be a good fit but never heard back. So, they want you to waste a half hour on a video audition that might not even be watched. I don't get why someone would want to work for a company that treats potential employees this way.
- Take this Spark interview, as our recruiting process is terrible.
ART Program
The interview began with an offshore contact (not sure of their exact title, but not HR) who focused heavily on my understanding and seriousness regarding the safety induction given to visitors. This was followed by the main part of the interview, which assessed my general aptitude and personality, particularly how I would respond or judge different situations. I also had a chance to speak with an OIM who asked me questions as well. Fortunately, I advanced to the next stage.

Accountant
Got invited to the first interview and called back for a second. The first interview was in front of manager of team, a member of the team and HR. The interview questions were technical questions, so were in reference to my cv and the job description. The second interview was just to get to know me more and in front of a senior manager of the team and just asked a few more standard interview questions.
