First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TransLoop.
Sales Associate
The interview was professional and made me feel welcome. The interviewer asked good questions and explained the job well. I felt good talking about my experience and liked learning more about the company.
- Tell me what you know about TransLoop.
Account Executive
I applied and then got an email from the hr recruiter, followed by a call with the hr recruiter. After that, I had a call with a sales manager and then a video call with two sales managers. I didn't get an offer but it was a good experience overall.
- Given the many options for freight brokerages, what makes Transloop stand out?
Marketing Manager
I had an initial screening with a recruiter over the phone. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager by phone, and then had a third call with HR. Everyone was really nice and casual, and they were happy to answer any questions I had.
- Can you start by telling me a little about yourself?
Specialist
I went through a 3-round interview process: 2 phone calls and 1 in-person meeting. Honestly, it was the least professional interview experience I've had in my logistics career. The role asked for 2-3 years of experience, which I had more than. They knew this but still kept going. The first two rounds were pretty simple, and for a job paying under $65k, I thought that would have been enough. But I was excited about the company's growth and potential, so I went for the onsite interview. I ended up waiting for 1.5 hours, meeting with 5 different people who came in and out. I really thought I had the job, as we talked about me in the role several times. I even sent a thank-you note afterwards, like a professional would. Then I got rejected with no explanation. It's baffling why they'd make someone go through such a long interview process if they weren't going to hire them, just wasting everyone's time. Especially for a fully remote position in this job market, calling someone for a final onsite interview and then not hiring them is just not right.
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
- What is your availability like?
- How would you describe your work style?
