Got referred by someone who works here. Then had a phone screen. After that, I went in for an onsite interview with the hiring manager and two other people. Then, I had two more phone interviews with higher-ups in New York.

So after I sent my application, they reached out and we had this quick little phone chat that was about 20 mins. Then, I had to do this 2-hour practice exam where I had to edit stuff. It was basically comparing documents to find copy editing mistakes, and also checking a foreign language doc against its English version to make sure the formatting was right and nothing was missing or anything.

First, I had a quick phone chat with the location's general manager. Then, about a month later, I went in for an in-person interview. It was a long, chatty one with questions mixed in. Another month went by, and they called me for a drug test. Once that was cleared, I got the job offer.

We had several on-site interviews, and one of them included a small test. There were also a few phone interviews: one with HR and another with the general manager of the TDC Production Team. The offices for the main sales team were quite impressive and a bit intimidating, while the HR team was, as usual, quite nondescript.
