The interview had two friendly interviewers who asked hypothetical questions about past work interactions. When we talked about pay, they mentioned company incentives like gift cards. I asked about the starting salary they were offering, but they were vague. I also asked about the frequent job postings for this role, and they said the company was growing fast, although I didn't see any signs of growth during the office tour. Employees seemed busy. The skills listed for the job suggested a pay of $14-15 per hour, but they stated starting pay was $10 per hour with a raise after 90 days. Two weeks later, I saw an ad for $11 to start.

The initial interview was supposed to be an hour but went on for much longer, which was a good experience. After completing a personality assessment, I was invited for a second interview. However, I wasn't impressed by the second interview because the interviewer seemed more focused on their own achievements and was quite direct, not open to discussing transferable skills. I sent thank you notes after both interviews and followed up with the third-party recruiter a week later, but received no response. I then reached out to the hiring manager, but still heard nothing back, which I found unprofessional. I later connected with a former employee who shared information that raised concerns about working there.
