Coding Technical

First, there was a technical round where you might do coding problems on a whiteboard or online. You'll need to know data structures, algorithms, and how to solve problems. They'll also look at your coding style and how you think logically. Then, a second technical round focused on Data Structures and Algorithms, so expect questions about things like arrays, linked lists, trees, sorting, searching, and you might have to optimize code.

Behavioral

Recruiter called me for Executive role. President not professional and disrespectful. I spend a ton of time researching this company and driving to the site two hours away based on their request to ensure interested. Then at a scheduled second meeting time President just didn't show up. Recruiter had to call to find out why I was left sitting there - the President nor his team had the courtesy to even call and cancel the interview. If that's how they treat potential employees, have to wonder how they treat employees.

Behavioral Technical Other

Overall was a good experience. Had a call with the HR representative then a call with one of the managers and then an on-site interview. It was almost a day long interview process where you get the chance to meet different people from the different departments you will interact. Most of the questions where behavioral, scenario based and experience related questions. They focused on my experience from college and the fit for the culture of the company.
