Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty chill and the person interviewing me was really nice and enthusiastic. They asked me about my schooling, specifically if I still plan on going to college. They also asked about my long-term goals, like where I see myself in 10 years if I were to join the company.
- Where do you see yourself in a decade?
Teleoperador
It was a group interview and they asked me what I value in a job. They gave me a lot of information about the company and the training period. They also asked if I had experience selling products.

- Can you try selling us something and tell us about your professional training?
Customer Service Agent
It was a hassle, and we ended up having a group call interview on Zoom with cameras on, which felt unprofessional and invasive of privacy to have to answer questions in front of 20+ strangers.
- What is your experience and history of similar work?
Account Manager
The interviews were conducted online and included an initial chat, a meeting with the hiring manager, and a final round. The overall vibe was friendly and approachable, with interviewers readily answering all questions. I was kept informed about the process and what to expect next.
- What do you envision for your career in the next 5 years?
- Tell me about your understanding of financials.
- Describe your approach to managing a team.
