First up is a phone interview. You'll likely get standard interview questions, so it's a good idea to prepare some answers beforehand. It's not overly tough, but asking AI for a list of common questions and having your responses ready could be beneficial.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you faced in a past job and how you resolved it.
Calibration Technician
You can apply through Indeed or directly through the website. You'll talk to a recruiter who will help guide you through the interview process and it makes it very simple. You will meet with management and get a tour of the facility and talk to them about your experience and what you can bring to the table.
- Tell me about your previous calibration experience.
Calibration Technician
I got through the first interviews but didn't get an offer because I couldn't start as fast as they wanted. About a month later, the main recruiter messaged me to see if I was still interested. When I said yes, they ghosted me and didn't answer my emails. Super unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about the equipment you're familiar with?
- Have you previously worked with automated calibration software?
Sales
The interview process involved three rounds: an initial phone screen followed by two separate one-on-one interviews. There were also three tests to complete. The phone screen focused on behavioral questions, and one of the one-on-one interviews was similar. The other interviewer was more relaxed and provided information about the company and training.
- Can you describe a time you managed a challenging situation?
