First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trans Ova Genetics.
Client Service Representative
It was a chat, and they really wanted to know about my past experiences. This was the first chat with the recruiter though. I felt like they didn't ask a lot of those typical "tell me about a time" questions.
- Can you tell me about something on your resume?
Professional Service Embryologist
The interview process spanned a few days, and I was flown out to the location, but overall it was very enjoyable. Everyone was very welcoming and asked questions that were easy to answer.
- On a scale of one to ten, what would you say your humility is?
HR Generalist
The whole process took about a month, which is pretty normal since they were also interviewing other people. They kept me in the loop the whole time and were happy to answer any questions I had. It started with a phone interview, then an onsite, and they also checked my references before making an offer.
- Can you talk about your humility?
IVF Embryologist
Started with a phone call with a recruiter, then moved to a Zoom interview with the team, and then an onsite interview. The questions asked in the second and third rounds were pretty much the same. Sometimes, it takes a few weeks to get updates about the process.
- Can you share an accomplishment you are particularly proud of and explain the reasons behind your pride?
