Customer Solutions Specialist
The interview process was generally fine, covering typical discussions about the job and my past work experience. Since I applied for a German-speaking role, there was also a language check, which was incredibly strange. The person conducting the language check was late for our interview. Although they were a native German speaker, after just a few minutes, they interrupted me to say my German wasn't nearly as good as theirs, despite it being my third language and me being a C1 speaker who's had successful German interviews before. To top it off, they asked me to explain the double meaning of an obscure, old German word that a native speaker friend hadn't even heard of. This language check felt irrelevant to the job's actual language requirements, and the recruiter was extremely condescending. If native speakers are required, the job ad should state that clearly, not just mention C1 level German.

Call Center Manager
So the interviewer told me about the interview and set a time on a phone call. But then when they sent the invite, the time was completely different. And then when I went by the time on the email, they were like, 'You didn't follow the time we set on the call.'
- How would you deal with team members who are underperforming?
Senior Backend Developer
The interview process usually has a few parts. First, you gotta send in your application. Once they get it, they do a quick check to see who makes the cut. If you pass that, you'll likely have some phone interviews to talk more about your skills and if you're into the job. After that, they might bring you in for interviews, either in person or online, to see how technical you are, if you'd fit the team, and how you handle different situations. If you do well in those, they'll check your background to make sure everything's legit. Once all that's done, they'll offer you the job, and you can talk about the details before you officially get hired.
- Can you provide some fundamental interview questions relevant for a Web Developer role?
IT Infrastructure Engineer
There were 3 levels of interviews. I had to wait a long time for the results. Luckily, I got another offer. The first interview was in November 2020, and the final interview was in January 2021. I accepted another offer before Transcosmos sent their offer letter. The company should really speed up their process.
