TRAK Group Interview Questions
& Process

The interview started with a phone call from a staffing agent. We talked about what kinds of jobs I'm interested in, what I expect to make, and what I'm looking for in general. She also asked me about previous jobs I've held and what I was hoping to get out of working with their staffing agency.

When you interview at TRAK, you're basically interviewing for the interview itself. You might find out about them through a job post they made for a company they're recruiting for. Your TRAK interview is to see if they'll suggest you for the job you applied for, and also to see what other jobs they can suggest you for. So, it's not just about one job, it's about many potential jobs, so make sure to show them everything you can do. They might even bring in more recruiters to meet you and see what they think - my recruiter actually brought in three others because she thought I'd be a good fit for their clients. Also, expect a grammar and spelling test when you get there, everyone has to do it.

I chatted with Rebecca Bergman, the executive recruiter at Trak Group. When I got to Trak, Rebecca met me in the lobby within five minutes and we went to a meeting room. She asked me about my past experience and if my skills were a match for the job. Rebecca also went over the job details. The interview took about an hour. It was a good experience overall.

So first they gave me a call for a phone screen. Then I went to their office for an interview. Before the interview, I had to complete a test on grammar and vocabulary. The interview itself was pretty easy, nothing too hard. The people were nice, but I felt the work pace was intense.
