Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Training Wheels ABA.
Behavioral Technician
It was a phone interview and then an in person interview. The in person part was a really nice experience. I got to meet and chat with most of the team, and everyone was super friendly. They showed me around the place and I got to see the facility and get used to the environment. Adam, who is the CEO, was also really easy to get a hold of and very nice.

Behavior Technician
I first chatted with the owner and lead staff, who were super nice. Then, they introduced me to most of the other staff, which made me feel really comfortable. After that, I interviewed with the two BCBAs. During the process, I learned a lot about the clinic, and they learned about me too. They told me they'd offer me the job.
- What feedback would your former employers or professors give about you?
- Have you previously worked with children or do you have prior experience with them?
Behavior Technician
I applied and got a call the very next day. The day after that, I went in for an in-person interview. I got to chat with the CEO, see the office, and meet some of the other Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Lastly, I had a chat with an RBT about why I wanted to work there, my major, and my general interest in the role. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel welcome! I was offered the job right away and took it.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
