Data Entry
It was a two-round interview process, where most of the focus lied around the answering the real time problem, and the steps I can implement, if I can join the team.
- Could you handle pressure?
Account Manager
It was an organized and straight forward process. The questions were simple enough. That being said, make sure you ask about the team dynamics because what they told me during the interview was not what happened when I actually accepted the job.
- What motivates your interest in this company?
- Could you describe the team dynamics?
Sales
The manager I spoke with was quite self-centered and spent most of the time bragging about his portfolio. He didn't offer much insight into team growth or performance metrics when I asked.
- What is the potential earning for me in this role?
Logistics Coordinator
The interview process was long, but easy. The first phone screen the recruiter made it comfortable and informative, easy to talk to. Then, she moved me to an in-person interview with the branch manager. That went well, and they were very helpful with answering any of my questions about Traffix.
- Can you describe your day-to-day responsibilities in your current role?
