First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Traffic Tech.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty easy and not complicated. The interviewer asked standard customer service questions about my past work. They were nice and easy to talk to, so I felt comfortable during the chat. The interview was about 30 minutes long.
- What makes you want to be employed at this company?
Account Executive
It was a pretty chill interview process. The interviewers were nice. A big part of it was seeing if I'd be a good fit personality-wise, and we also spent a good amount of time discussing my previous jobs and how they'd apply to this position.
- Tell me how your previous experience would be beneficial for this role.
Invoicing Representative
It was a pretty straightforward and fast interview. They asked me some basic questions about my background and how I'd handle various challenges. They also wanted me to talk a bit about myself. The whole thing was super quick, and the staff were really nice.
- Can you name three of your strengths and three weaknesses?
Logistics Coordinator
The interview process kicked off with a straightforward and pleasant initial chat with an HR representative. Things moved pretty fast, as the second interview with the Logistics Manager was set up just three days later. This second conversation was quite relaxed, with plenty of back-and-forth questions from both sides. By the end of that week, a job offer was extended. However, the offered position had a different title and a different direct manager than what was initially discussed. Also, even though salary expectations were covered in the second interview, the offer was lower than expected. When I asked about it, they offered to change the title, but the salary remained the same. So, while the interview itself seemed promising with a good company, the offer and final outcome were disappointing.
- Can you describe your experience with logistics and dispatch?
