So, the whole thing took about 6 weeks. First, I had a call with the recruiter, then another call with the hiring manager. After that, I went in person to meet with the hiring manager and another PM. Then, I interviewed with the VP of IT. The last interview was an in-person panel with the CEO, VP of Product Dev, VP of Ops, and the VP of IT, and that was on a Friday. I didn't hear anything back, so I called the hiring manager the next Thursday, but her number was disconnected. The next day, Friday, the recruiter emailed me late, around 9 PM, saying they were going to pass because I wasn't a cultural fit. He didn't give any real details.

I applied online and they interviewed me the very next day. It seemed like a good interview and they said it was temp-to-hire. They also mentioned they had more interviews lined up and couldn't tell me anything until then. This struck me as odd since they called me in so quickly after I applied. As a recruiter myself, I know how this industry works, so I thought it was strange they had more interviews scheduled for the upcoming weeks and couldn't give me an update sooner. I waited a couple of weeks, and TMI never got back to me via call or email. They never even told me I didn't get the job, which I found completely unprofessional and rude. Then, a few weeks later, another recruiter called me. She said she saw my previous application and wanted to discuss the position. I told her I had already interviewed and hadn't heard back. She was surprised and said, "I don't have any record of you interviewing. Let me check on that and call you back." She did call back and explained that her records were not updated, and she apologized. I mentioned that I found it very unprofessional not to hear back, especially since they had already hired someone.

Got a call for the first interview. Then, there were 2 more interviews: one on the phone and a third one via video. The interviewers seemed distracted with background noise. After the third interview, they mentioned a potential final interview if I was selected. I never heard back from them, no feedback, nothing. It felt unprofessional to be left without communication after 3 interviews. TMI, please improve!

I had a short interview, about 15-20 minutes. A quick phone interview happened first, and then they set up this in-office interview with the Dispatcher. The questions were pretty standard, with a couple about traffic control.
