First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trademark Metals Recycling.
Facilities Supervisor
The interview process felt like a bait and switch, so beware. I had two video interviews with different teams and then an in-person interview, which took about 4 weeks in total. It wasn't as advertised because they were actually looking for someone to work the night shift, not the day shift. When I asked why I didn't get the job, they said it was because I wasn't willing to work nights.
- Would you be able to work night shifts?
Operations Manager
Before the main interview, we had tours of a few facilities to learn about their operations. There were 2 other applicants with me. Then we went to their headquarters for two separate interviews and a personality questionnaire. Everyone was nice and it was an overall good experience.
- Could you share your strengths and weaknesses?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- Can you describe your management style?
Operations Leadership Program
The interview process kicked off at a career fair, and then I had another interview the very next day. It was a pretty standard interview with three interviewers who had different roles at the company.
- Can you describe a significant problem or challenge you faced in your most recent project and how you handled it?
Operations
I met with the hiring team. It was a panel interview, with 3 people each time, so I met six people in total over two rounds. It wasn't super technical, but the questions were very direct and made you think.
- Are you someone who delegates tasks?
- Can you share your experience with leadership?
