The interview process was alright. It consisted of all telephonic rounds. It began with a round based on a case study I had submitted earlier. If selected, the next round was with an AVP who mainly asked questions about my experience and CV. The HR described this as a fitment round. My interview call got disconnected, and I didn't receive a callback, even after trying to call them. The HR rescheduled my interview after two days, and it lasted for 20 minutes.

I interviewed here twice in 8 months, and the process was the same both times. First, there's a 30-minute aptitude test, followed by an online assessment where you have to study various education industries. Both times my assessment was shortlisted and a telephonic interview was scheduled. However, they didn't conduct the interviews on the scheduled dates, so I had to repeatedly contact HR for updates. Even after the interviews, they didn't provide any response or updates via email or calls.

First you do a case study and a math test. If you pass that, then you have an interview. The case study is to check if you get the industry, your research skills, and writing skills. The math test is about high school math like percentages and arithmetic. The interview is to talk about why you did the case study the way you did, and it checks your assumptions and research parameters. It's pretty competitive.
