Overall, the interview process gave me the impression that the company is quite disorganized. There was some email miscommunication / unresponsiveness after we'd made initial contact. Then, after we'd had the phone screen and discussed having the in-person interview, there was more miscommunication about when the interview would be, causing me to only find out about the finalized time of the interview just a few hours beforehand. The interview itself was short -- about 30 minutes -- although it sounds like based on other interview descriptions below that is standard. The next business day they told me that the project they had been planning to hire for didn't come through or something, so the job was on hold. Overall, it felt like they have internal communications problems, although of course it's just one experience.

I applied online and heard back from them about a week later for a phone call. The phone interview was pretty straightforward, and then I was invited for an in-person interview later that same week. The interview itself went okay, it felt conversational, but it seemed like not everyone on the panel had actually read my resume. It took them 7 weeks to get back to me with a decision, even though they initially said it would only take about 10 business days. They kept delaying when I tried to follow up.

I was emailed about the position. Then I had a phone interview with the head of HR. Finally, I went in person to meet the two people I would be working with. It was a chill vibe and the interviewers were nice. They asked some usual interview questions and also some about my past work and school.

Started with a phone call screening and then an in-person interview. The process was fast and efficient. They focus on background checks and might offer H1B sponsorship. General questions were asked during the interview.
