My interview with Traackr went really well. The process was super organized and professional. The conversations were clear, and we both understood what each other was looking for. I especially liked how transparent they were about what happens next – everything was explained clearly, with specific timelines and goals. It made the company seem really serious and well-organized internally. Basically, it was a smooth, clear, and reassuring interview experience that made me want to keep going with the process.

I had a 30-minute call with a recruiter who explained more about the role, the interview process, and went over some behavioral questions. I met with the hiring manager a day later and had a very positive conversation about goals for the role. The following week, I received a short (albeit unpaid) assignment to detail an email campaign strategy that would convert a cold prospect to book a demo. I received encouraging feedback and booked an interview with two other team members for the next week, which also seemed positive. After four days, I received a standardized "thanks but no thanks" email with no feedback regarding the decision.

Presentation Behavioral

I got a message from a Traackr recruiter on LinkedIn. The interview process had multiple stages, including talking with the recruiter, the hiring manager, two potential teammates, and then a final presentation where I had to lay out a 90-day strategy for the job. This whole thing took about 3-4 weeks. But, after I did the presentation, Traackr just went silent and never contacted me again. It was a bummer, especially since I spent a lot of time getting ready for the presentation. Being left hanging after spending two days on it felt really unprofessional. About a month later, even after sending two polite follow-ups that got no reply, I got an automated message saying they couldn't offer me the job. Honestly, it felt like they were just fishing for ideas. Today, I really wish I hadn't shared my presentation with them. I'd tell anyone thinking about applying to Traackr or talking to their recruiters to be careful.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty long, took about 3 months. It started with HR, then I had a video call with the head of the department and someone who does the same job. After that, I went onsite to meet several people: the head of lead generation, the CEO, the SVP of Partnerships, and two Customer Success Managers. I think the whole process was long because they really care about who they hire and want to make sure the person is a good culture fit (they have a "no a extdollar hole policy") and really gets the industry and product. For the most part, they asked about my past experience, relevant campaigns, client work, and industry knowledge. The CEO, though, spent our time on a culture check, asking about my personal life, hobbies, and upbringing, which I really appreciated since most execs don't focus on the 'people' aspect.
