First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TPV.
Key Account Manager
We had a first interview with basic HR questions. Then a second in-person round with the functional Head covering role-related knowledge and situational questions. The third round was with the country head where they asked about past experience and future expectations.
- What's your reason for looking to change jobs?
- Would you be comfortable accepting a salary lower than what your colleagues earn?
- What are your expectations regarding compensation and the role?
Mechanical Engineer
It all starts with an email application and then a HR phone call. After that, they schedule an onsite interview. During the interview, they spend about an hour discussing the company, and then they ask about your salary expectations. They mention this salary question won't affect the outcome and that you'll get an offer regardless. However, it's clear they don't pay according to the Slovenian standard range, and it seems like engineering staff regularly work overtime. The interview and the entire process wrap up right after the salary question.
- What salary are you expecting?
Accounting
HR will schedule an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. Following that, you'll meet with team members. Based on their feedback, the hiring manager will conduct a second interview. The whole process typically takes about 3 weeks.
- Can you give me an overview of your resume?
- Share some positive and negative customer interactions you've had.
- What's a challenging situation you've faced?
Supermarket Stocker
The process was clear and concise. They explained what the job entailed, were punctual, and didn't make me wait. I was hired in the end. They helped me when I started to learn the route, accompanied by a supervisor from the company I would be working for.
- Are you available to work in the mornings?
- Can you accept that the work starts early?
