First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TPI Hospitality.
Food and Beverage Manager
It was a 3-part interview process. They took quite a bit of time between each stage, and I had to follow up multiple times because I wasn't kept in the loop about their search for more candidates.

Guest Service Representative
The interview process was amazing and very smooth. I had to take an integrity test and then I had an interview after taking the test. Then I had a second interview a week later and things went well.

Executive Housekeeper
The interview went pretty well, I felt like I was asking and answering questions effectively. I asked about a callback and never heard back. It's disappointing because to keep someone interested in working for your company, the customer service shouldn't end when the interview is over. I've also heard from other people that they had the same issue with the same Assistant General Manager at a different location. It seems like he could use some more customer service training.
