It was a Panel Interview with 4 members. I had to present about 30-40 mins before the interview. We candidates assembled in a hall and HR confirmed everyone was present. Our certificates and resume copies were collected. Each engineering branch had a different panel. The HR was supportive and the office environment was comfortable. We waited in the Hall for our turn and were asked to inform HR before leaving after the interview.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online for a Process Engineer role. The people I interacted with were really nice and the interview itself seemed pretty easy, mostly just basic behavioral type questions. They ended up finding someone who was a better fit for their company size, which is totally fine and I get it. But what made the whole thing a negative experience is that I drove almost 600 miles for the interview, and now they're not getting back to me at all about reimbursing my travel costs for mileage and meals. I don't mind that they picked another candidate, but not following through on what they said about paying for my expenses is really unprofessional. Definitely get everything about reimbursements in writing next time.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process took place around the Christmas holidays. The first interviews were over an hour each via video call. They were pretty informal, and I really enjoyed chatting with the executives. They seemed more interested in whether I'd be a good personality fit and how I'd fit into the company culture than anything else. The last interview was in person at their nice headquarters. TPI seems like a good place to work, offering a hybrid setup for this role.

The interview process has three stages: first, an aptitude test which is pretty straightforward with basic math, chemistry, and physics. Then, there's a technical interview that focuses on your main project or a subject you prepared well in, with a preference for thermodynamics and material science. Finally, there's an HR interview with common questions you can easily find online.
