Super fast interview process ! Started with a first call with the Hiring Manager and the Department Director. One week later, I was interviewed by the HR director and the Hiring Manager and 10 days later, I was asked to present a case study in their offices. (please note that, usually, interviews do start with HR) Overall, the interview process was OK. The main issue was related to the organization of the case study to prepare at home. Even though the delays were agreed upon before (7-day preparation), the case was only shared the day prior to the physical meeting (at 9am)... why the last minute?
