The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screen with HR. After that, I had a Microsoft Teams meeting with the person I would report to directly. Following that interview, HR sent an email saying my interview went very well and that all the managers were impressed with my background and experience. However, almost two months after the email, I was informed that they had decided to hire another candidate.
