Production Operative
It was a nice place to work. They care about workers. I was working through an agency, so it was different, but it was worth it to get a contract with them. No issues with them.

Production Team Member
The interview process is pretty straightforward and moves fast. The main thing is the skills assessment; that's what they'll use to decide if they want to hire you. If you can get the assessment done quickly and just follow the instructions, you should be good.
- Can you share an instance where you observed a safety concern and describe the actions you took to resolve it?
Production Team Member
Got an email from HR asking me to come in for a 6-6.5 hour unpaid physical assessment day. It's for all applicants. Got there 15 mins early and had to fill out an application again, even though I already did it online. The assessment took about 6 hours, with just one break for the bathroom and snacks. It involved a mix of simulating production work, testing my physical strength and abilities, and talking with the HR people.
- What do you think of this assessment day so far?
- Have you had prior manufacturing experience?
Pricing Analyst
I did an online case study assessment first, then we had a group interview. The interviewers were the assistant manager, manager, and supervisor. They asked the typical interview questions. It was a pretty open interview, and I felt comfortable talking with the managers.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is your understanding of this position?
- How would you be a good fit for this role?
