- Could you tell me about yourself?
- Do you have any general questions?
Graduate Program
First up was a phone interview with HR, where they hit me with a bunch of HR-type questions. If that went well, the next interview was about 45 minutes long and was with both HR and the hiring manager for the team.
- What are your salary expectations
Graduate Program
The interview process started with an on-site meeting involving HR, the division leader, and a manager. During this meeting, they presented the job and the department. About 1.5 weeks later, I was informed about a second interview, which involved a case study with problems specific to the role. In between these main interviews, there was a 20-minute online personality test completed from home. The case study was unique and not like typical online examples. If you like the job and are a good fit, the case study should be manageable.
- What is your motivation for working at Toyota?
- Could you share what appeals to you about this specific position?
- Would you please present your curriculum vitae?
